Aching

Heart is aching
The one I long to see
Farther than I can reach
She does not know
Of the emptiness

There it now reigns
In the center of my chest
In the place not so long ago
Filled with the love of her
So quickly absent

Does she think of me?
Her dark eyes becoming
Misty with the memory
Or does she move on
Relegating me to the “before”

Her voice drew me
Her touch unbound me
Her presence unrelenting
Still as strong
As her first kiss

  1. As Sister Moon glowingly smiles upon us...
My love's voice purring in my ear... my eyes close ... the world fades to nothingness and once again she is my universe... she takes me away from the sounds of the world... the cares of the world.... and brings me to peaceful meadows... of soft wind swept grass...
sweet words of love tumble from sweet lips.... lips I long to gently kiss... I am tumbling in joy and happiness... I am soaring with Crows and Ravens...
    lifting my spirits
    My Beloved ...sighs..
suddenly, I am beside her ....
    her breath in my ear....
    holding her close....
my body remembering her every detail....
my heart aches to be with her... the deep purr of her voice draws me in...
    my hands caressing her hands...
my smile a reflection of her smile...
    softness of her cheek....
breast to breast...thigh to thigh. we press into each other ...
kisses softly cover my Beloved.. soft petals of a rose...
our slick wet lips telling of our love beyond words... without words....
